Return and refund policy

Returns:

All returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the returned item is not damaged or faulty, we ask that you pay a postage fee for returning the item to us. For return please contact us au3dpens@gmail.com.

A refund will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item:

If your goods have been damaged in transit, are defective, or do not match your order please contact us au3dpens@gmail.com. In this case we will refund the full purchase amount (including postage fee) unless a replacement is provided. Also we will give you details how to return the affected goods if required. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for the postage.

Refunds:

www.3Dpens.com.au does not normally provide refunds or exchanges if you:

Damage a product after purchase due to unusual or non-recommended use or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or

No proof of purchase is provided.

Warranty:

Some products purchased from www.3Dpens.com.au have manufacturer warranty.
