We use Australia Post Regular parcel and Letter services depending on your order.
Postage is FREE . Express postage ($10) is available as well.
The processing time is usually 1-2 business days.
- Letter service: 2-6 business days
- Parcel service: 2-8 business days
The local pickup from our office (Labrador, The Gold Coast, QLD) is available as well.

For Standard parcels please refer to Australia Post’s guidance.
For Express parcels:
Delivery to NT, WA, TAS: orders placed by 22/12 will be delivered before Christmas.
Delivery to other states: orders placed by 23/12 will be delivered before Christmas.
For parcels being sent outside of metro area, please allow additional time.
